- 3 sweet potatoes (x medium sized)
- 1 almond flour (mug of, /gluten free bread flour)
- 400 grams tomatoes (tin of, or 8 de-cored large fresh tomatoes, slightly going soft is best and a good way to use them up quick)
- 4 cloves garlic (to taste)
- dried basil (Fresh basil will lose its taste when cooked so I found dried basil works better here for flavour)
