Superb really quick really easy rally tasty I used fish instead and cooked that in the oven then added it

good flavor profile, but I've never made this type of fish before and it would be helpful to have more precise measurements... pretty sure i put too much vegetable stock and neutralized all those great spices. we added some red pepper flakes to bring back done of the heat which helped. if make it again just with a few adjustments :-)

I did make some slight alterations just because of what I had available, but I doubt they made much difference to the great flavour. Had to use ground coriander seeds instead of whole, lemongrass paste instead of whole sticks and I used 1 tbsp of fish sauce. Personally I don't think this needs the noodles and is better over a pile of beansprouts and mangetout.

Pretty well! We just didn't have fresh coriander or lemon grass but still was very good😋

Tasty curry made with homemade curry paste. Added green beans, mangetout and sugar snap peas and served with cardamom rice. Yummy
