Really, really nice, did not expect it at all. For me the ginger made the soup. Didn't have spring onions, but had some pumpkin seeds, so very good.

This soup was absolutely delicious and packed with nutrition. I doubled the garlic and salt. I will 100% make this again. The recipe was easy to follow and the soup turned out surprising savory. I ate this for dinner with some bread. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
