Very tasty and very tender the sauce was light and not heavy. Everyone enjoyed it!

Easy and delicious. I did just a bit of flour, as others had, to thicken the sauce.

i guess I'm not a real fan of mustard on pork chops. i added mushrooms; next time i would add garlic instead of the mustard. perhaps the way the recipe is laid out is a bit confusing, i planned on cooking simple stovetop pork chops, but the ingredients and directions are for mustard chops, which it states plainly part way through, but i missed that because i was reading on my small phone screen.

Delicious. a favorite in my family. I’ve never been able to make a tender chop. I brined for 30 minutes and loved this dish! Easy!

So so easy! Added a little flour to the onions in order to thicken the sauce and used less sour cream (because I was out!). Turned out great! I love quick and easy! And tasty!

Turned out excellent. Made almost as per recipe. I thickened the sauce using guar gum. Will make this again!

I don't usually review recipes, but this was so good I had to leave one! I seasoned the pork chops with montreal chicken seasoning, added mushrooms, and crushed red pepper flakes. So so good over mashed potatoes (: Will definitely make again!
