- 1/2 cup walnuts (toasted and roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup pecorino romano (finely grated)

- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 cup panko

- 1/4 cup leaf parsley (finely chopped flet, plus more for garnish)
