Honestly, these are my absolute FAVORITE noodles of ALL TIME. I've made them several times following the recipe, but now I just eyeball measure everything, and it still tastes REALLY good. A little different each time, but really good. Oh and I suggest adding minced ginger too! :)
Ps, watch out for garlic breath lol

I adjusted the recipe by reducing the sesame oil to 1 tsp, and subbing chili garlic sauce for the chili oil. Also added toasted sesame seeds to finish. Quick and yummy!

I love love love this noodle dish it gets better the colder it gets!! I do add some grated fresh ginger, and bump up the garlic a bit. Oh and I add some chili flakes too but it comes out delicious every time!! And it comes together super fast!!

Followed exact recipe and it came out deelicious!! Kids said it was like eating at our favorite Chinese restaurant! 👍🏼

I made a double batch for a party, tastes amazing!! I doubled every thing but the sesame oil. I had heard adding too much would be bad. I also added sesame seeds

Amazing. But I think I'll put less sesame oil in next time because it's quite strong. It was still delicious though! One of my new faves!
