  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic (chopped fine)
  • salt (sprinkle of)
  • red chili flakes (Sprinkle of)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped fine)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons capers (tiny, drained)
  • 3 tablespoons roasted red peppers (chopped)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs (fine, if I'm out of breadcrumbs I dry out a piece of toast and then grate it)
