Excellent! I used lemons and oranges and rosemary I also basted to bird every 30 minutes with butter, and rotated it. Don’t forget to slow cook the carcass after in a slow cooker to make bone broth!

This is delicious! My husband and i thought the chicken was very tasty, but the seller was putting the drippings and chicken broth on rice with it.

This turned out amazing! And even better it was super easy to make! I made my own seasoning as suggested with paprika, salt, and dash of poultry seasoning I found in the cabinet. I got major wife brownie points 🙌🏾 thanks for this!

Cooked faster than I expected. Used Lowry’s seasoning on the bird and better than boullion vegetable for the stock. Flipped it twice at the end under the broiler. I was lucky to have been given very flavorful homegrown oranges. Added water a couple times as liquid cooked off. Came right off the bone. Served with sautéed asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

Family loved it! Would definitely make it again. I added minced garlic between skin and breast and filled the cavity with onions and lemon. True Winner!
