I was skeptical, it turned out well. I substituted cornmeal for a small portion of the grits to give the polenta a little color because my grits are white.

Amazing this has become a favorite for the family especially with the cheese and butter added in. Very addictive

This was easy to make and tasted great. My stove gets really hot, so it cooked in about half the time, and I kept having to add milk. Otherwise, it was straightforward and a good addition to dinner.
