- 2/3 cup almond flour (/Meal, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1/2 cup almonds (balanced, blanched just means no skin)
- 1/4 tsp. fine salt
- 9 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into small dice, sub coconut oil for vegan)
- 3 Tbsp. ice water
- vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional, Vegan.. use dairy free variety)
