Yuk! I tried to be healthy but my kids spat this out!! Consistency was terrible couldn’t flip till they were nearly burned. I even made double the batch... and added custard powder cause it looked too runny! I ended up making normal pancakes so the kids would be happy (and me to be honest!!)

The flipping problem is easily solved by making spatula sized pancakes. And they are fine just using banana and egg, forget the coconut flour, baking soda, etc. I like to cook them in a bit ghee and avocado oil, served with honey or maple syrup. Tasty and healthy.

Not my favorite but still good. I think it's a texture thing. These are pretty sweet on their own so you don't need to add honey or maple syrup.

My husband and I are new to Paleo cooking but found these pancakes to be pretty good. We had reservations due to the reviews here but they cooked well for us; obviously a bit denser than regular pancakes but they cooked well and formed into a regular looking pancake. We'll be making them again.

The texture wasn't particularly fluffy...they came out tasting pretty eggy. I will probably try them with egg whites whipped into a meringue (and folding the banana into that) instead.

This recipe is gross. Threw out the entire batch.
I am trying to decrease my intake of carbs and thought this fit the bill. Waisted some good organic eggs in the process.
