    This was really good. I covered my meatloaf with foil and took it off with about 10 minutes left.

    Followed the instructions exactly. Super easy to make, and tasted amazing. Tender and moist, with the tanginess from the sauce. Served with rice and stir-fry veggies. It was a hit! Have used this recipe 3 times now. Perfect comfort meal every time. Totally recommend this one.
