- 500 grams penne pasta
- 2 boiled potatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 3 boiled eggs (mashed)
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup baby carrots (Sliced)
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup green beans
- 1 diced red onion (medium sized)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 cup chilli (ketcup, Regular ketchup is fine too but the chilli really adds a nice kick)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 whole chicken (Medium sized, with or without skin – I removed my skin)
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 3/4 tsp. red chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. tandoori masala
- 1 tsp. red chillies (crushed)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. garam masala
- 1 dash soya sauce (optional)
- 1 egg (this really binds the marinade well)
- 1 Tbsp. yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. red food color
- 1/4 tsp. yellow food color
- 2 Tbsp. oil
