- 1 cup chicken stock (add an extra cup if you want it soupy)

Delicious! I used chicken breast, added 2 chopped potatoes, sliced Portuguese sausage, omitted mushrooms (hubby doesn’t like mushrooms) opted for soupy version with additional cup of chicken stock. This recipe is a winner! Such a comforting bowl of flavorful goodness. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
