Easy enough to do, but it is not very flavorful. I followed the recipe exactly except for using up two cups of whole wheat bread flour in place of the plain flour. In theory, that should have made the white bread better. I’ve baked for 60+ years and tried this recipe because I wanted to use the mixer instead kneading by hand. The crumb is nice and the loaves look nice but the bread is not very tasty.

Directions are great. Bread is so tasty and the crust perfect. It has been 45 yrs since I last made bread, this recipe has me hooked again!
