Good recipe! We double ground 2 pounds of pork butt and single ground 8 oz of pork fat. I did add 2 t brown sugar and the flavor is really good! This will be one of my go to homemade recipes!

I've made these many times before and we love them. The spice mix is really nice. We like to freeze them and go directly from freezer to pan whenever we feel like breakfast sausage patties.
