I really love these waffles. They are extra thick but kind of remind me a good fried donut. Ha. They are good warmed up the next day too. And they are super easy! The link doesn’t work but I just combined my dry and wet things separately and the combine. It has worked both times I made it.

Excellent. I added fresh cranberries and walnuts chopped, along with white chips. My husband said it was the best waffle he had ever eaten. What a compliment.

maybe it is the only thing that is good with gluten free flour mix. Or maybe I am not used to the taste yet. I like it though

I’m still pretty new to gluten free cooking/baking. I have made “regular” waffles in the past and I would choose these BY FAR over any regular waffle recipe any day! Perfectly fluffy and nothing at all like cardboard. Good flavor and texture- highly recommend!
