This was an okay recipe. I added some extra garlic powder, basil, and salt at the end because there wasn't a lot of flavor. The chicken was nice and tender. The "sauce" is very watery, even with the decreased amount of chicken broth for no rack. It is very simple, though, so I might try it again if I tweak it. Could use an onion and maybe some mushrooms.
