Tasty, but not enough mayo for that much crab. Paired great with pickled jalapeños and lettuce wraps

Really yummy! I used blue start crabmeat because it was a smaller portions and halved the ingredients

This simple crab salad was very good. I really like the lemon it brought out the crab flavor. Sometimes less is more.

This is an easy, but impressive appetizer and I love that it is light too! The ingredients don' include Belgian endive or red bell pepper that are pretty key.

This was a big hit Christmas day, it was light so it left room for the traditional fare later. I used red endive to make it more festive. My only addition was to squeeze on lime juice which enhanced the freshness of the crab and produce..
