A simple filling for pot pies.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 4 Tbsp. butter (or Margarine)
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme (Optional)
- 2 cups chicken breast (Cooked and Chopped in cubes)
- 2 cups veggies (Frozen mixed)
- 1 cup chicken broth (Stock)
- 3/4 cup milk

Directions
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
- Add Flour, Salt, and Thyme. Cook until just boiling.
- Add broth and milk, bring to a boil and stir occasionally for 1 minute.
- Stir in chicken and veggies, then pour into prepared pie crust.
