It turned out well I feel like challah bread is usually a tad bit sweeter and I probably should’ve added 2 tablespoons of salt instead of 1 because that would’ve brought out the sweetness a bit more and next time I might add a tad bit of honey to the egg wash... but otherwise it turned out really great. Nice crusty outside and fluffy inside.
