- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

- 3 lb. dandelion greens (cleaned and cut into 4 inches/10 cm pieces, they may seem a lot, but they’ll reduce in size when cooked)
- 1 tsp. fine salt
- 1 lemon (large, or more to taste)
