    The best banana bread recipe! I always have to adjust the oven time a little depending on the bananas i use but it always turns out great!

    Easy to make with a nice cake like texture. Will definately make this again, maybe add some chopped pecan or wallnuts for extra texture.

    So good!!! added about 1/2 tsp cinnamon and baked for 10 more minutes like many recommended. Next time I will add chocolate chips.

    Every time we make this bread, it disappears. Make it just as is or will sometimes do a few add ins (chocolate chips, raisins, or dried cranberries).

    I was looking for a dairy free version and this one turned out so well. I ended up cooking it about 10 minutes longer as it was still wet in the centre. Made it into muffins as well as a loaf.

    Amazing. First time ever making banana bread and it tasted just like mom's. Very soft and fluffy. Used coconut oil as a substitute for vegetable oil.

    Delicious! Added a little cinnamon and nutmeg, love the scent of the spices, not sure it did much for the bread. I cooked mine for 75 min.

    i substituted brown sugar for half of the sugar. yummy! super moist and soft.
