One of favorites! Refreshing, filling and nutty. It’s such a great combination of flavors. The oil cuts the lemons acidity. The parm and arugula compliment each other. And well you gotta season your greens I just eyeball it at this point :)

WAYYYYY too much lemon. Blow your head off bright. The combo is good, but I'll be cutting that in half next time.

This is tasty and the flavors are balanced well. This is going to be my go-to for arugula salad.
