- 8.8 oz. tofu (cubed)
- 4 bok choy (halved)
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms (or any other type of mushroom you like)
- bean sprouts (Fresh)
- asparagus (A bunch of baby)
- 1/2 red onion (finely sliced)
- fresh chili (red or green, finely sliced)
- basil (A handful of Vietnamese)
- 3 sprigs fresh coriander
- fresh lime (sliced into wedges)
- 4 shallots (fresh, or scallions, finely sliced)

The directions were followed exactly but my family felt that it was lacking in flavor.
