- 1 yellow onion (or x Large White, Diced)
- 1 ginger (x Piece of, Diced Small, size of your thumb)
- 10 sambal oelek (x TBSP of, many recipes on-line use far less, but I was going for replication)
- 2 tamarind juice (x TBSP of, made this ingredient from tamarind paste, but it is available as juice)
- 2 kecap manis (x TBSP of)
- 5 lime leaves (I picked mine from lime tree on the patio)
- 1 sugar (x TSP)
- 1 salt (x TSP)
