- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour (my preference, you can use all-purpose or wheat if you prefer)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 cup banana (sliced ripe, this was around one medium banana for me, sliced into rounds)

The pancakes were very easy to throw together and cooked quickly. I subbed strawberry yogart for the banana cause that's what was in my fridge. Strawberry banana pancakes are delicious. I will freeze these for a quick grab and go breakfast.
