Silken Tofu Scramble - yum yum! I "improvised" the recipe, as I hadn't got any of the spices, only salt and pepper.I dry fried a small onion, half a red pepper and 3 sad mushrooms, then added the tofu with a little water, rather than oil. I will definitely be cooking this again, easy and quick to do and the alternative additions are endless.
