    This was a good recipe; the husband & I both enjoyed them. I will make again, although I made a few adjustments; I added a minced clove of fresh garlic (along with the garlic powder) a half tsp of salt, additional chili powder & cumin, and I increased the cook time to 1 hour & 20 minutes since we like the peppers to be on the softer side, but not mushy. I covered them with foil after the first 30 minutes in the oven. We added a dollop low fat sour cream & served with a tossed salad with avocados....a yummy dinner!
