- 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley (stems removed)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic clove (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 0.5 oz. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic clove (minced fresh)
- 2 filet (anchovy)
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion (finely)
- 1/4 cup fennel bulb (finely diced)
- 1 tsp. fennel seed
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (preferred)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cans Italian plum tomatoes (either buy crushed or crush by hand)
- 0.5 oz. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- basil leaves
- rosemary
