- 3 slices ginger
- 1 star anise

- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 ramen noodle (portion, 100 grams of)
- 3/4 cup broth (stewed chickpea)
- 2 tsp. sesame paste (toasted, or tahini)
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic (grated)
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. meat sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chili oil (Xi’an)

a wonderful idea to have chickpeas and cumin incorporated into a ramen dish. But i certainly had to water down the broths to combat the saltiness
