- 1 lb. chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce (or liquid aminos for soy free)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 cups coconut oil (for frying)
- 1 Tbsp. Sichuan peppercorns (or use 1 teaspoon ground black pepper)
- 10 dried red chilies (soaked in water)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 6 scallions (sliced, white part only, use the green part in the sauce)
- 16 oz. green beans (ends trimmed)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce (or liquid aminos for soy free)
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. chinese black vinegar (or sub balsamic vinegar)
