Shrimp, Crab and Bacon Tostados with BBQ Ranch Sauce.
Ingredients

6 SERVINGS
- 2 cups shrimp (frozen, cooked small)
- 2 cups crab legs (imitation)
- 6 strips applewood smoked bacon (center cut, cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn (thawed)
- 2 avocados (small, diced)
- 1 seedless cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 1 handful flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 11 oz. ranch dressing (jar OPA Greek Yogurt)
- bbq sauce (Annie's)
- 12 tostado shells (pre made)

Directions
- In a large bowl combine shrimp, crab, corn, cucumber parsley, Old Bay seasoning and cooked bacon, toss to combine. Stir in dressing then gently stir in chopped avocado. Spoon onto tostado shells and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
