- 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 1 shallot (medium, finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
- 4 tsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 cups mizuna (baby, or arugula)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- gochujang (can be found at Korean markets and online.)
