I will definitely make again, it is a great gluten free and dairy free dish!

This was sooooo good! First time with risotto and it was superb! No dairy and delicious! Make this!
I used pre cooked shrimp as well, and just sautéed in a separate skillet for a 2 minutes with oil and garlic. Then added it in risotto when called for.

This is so yummy!!! And so easy to do!! The flavours are so amazing! Actually looking forward to some leftovers tomorrow!
