It’s very tasty! I used frozen uncooked shrimp and I added mushrooms. When it was finished it looked a little pale and not colorful so I added some paprika, chili powder and black pepper. It seemed to take a long time for the rice to soften and absorb the liquid so by the time it was done the rice was a bit mushy it seemed more like a risotto which was fine with me.
