So good. If you're new to grits, I'd recommend not making extra for leftovers... grits can get kind of a weird texture later on. If you want to do the leftovers thing, it's probably better to make extra of the topping and then make new grits to go with it whenever you're ready to eat.

Perfect and creamy. If you like spice, we used the jalapeño pimento cheese spread. The sambal really adds heat
