- 12 oz. shrimp (frozen, thawed, pre-peeled, cooked, with tails removed)
- 2 Tbsp. light butter (Land o Lakes, made with canola oil or any light butter)
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour (I use gold medal)
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas (thawed, optional)
- 1 dash salt (and pepper)
