- 2 lemons (large, sliced)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. crab boil (liquid, or to taste)
- 1 lb. crab boil seasoning (bag of loose, like Slap Ya Mama, divided, optional)
- 1 lb. andouille (or other spicy smoked sausage, cut into 3-inch sections)
- 10 new potatoes (or very small red potatoes)
- 4 ears of corn (shucked and cleaned, cut into thirds)
- 5 lb. raw shrimp (large, 16 - 20 count, shells and heads intact)
- 1 cup kosher salt
