  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 celery stalk (sliced)
  • 500 grams okra (halved)
  • 30 grams fresh parsley (roughly chopped.)
  • 400 grams chorizo (thickly sliced)
  • 1 liter fish stock
  • 800 grams shrimp (peeled but with tails left on)

    Directions

    1. In a Dutch oven, melt the butter and add the flour to it. Lower the heat and stir constantly until the mixture turns golden.
    2. Add the onion, celery, and okra. After a few minutes, add the parsley. Stir everything together.
    3. Add the chorizo and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
