Absolutely delicious. My wife keeps asking me to do it again, it’s battling for first place in her favorites with my “famous” Carbonara.

Easy and delicious. Canned quartered artichoke hearts (unmarinated) make a great substitute. I used 3 tbsp of pesto and 3 cloves of garlic to intensify flavor. Also 1/2 cup of peas easily suffices.

It was very easy. I intensified the shrimp flavor by gently frying and smashing the heads with the garlic and cayenne. Later I removed them before proceeding with the vegetables.
