- 3 oranges (I used 2 blood oranges and 1 navel orange, peel and pith removed with a knife then segments cut from each orange, supreming, reserving juice)
- 8 strawberries (ripe, sliced)
- 4 oz. greens (fresh, spinach, arugula or watercress)

- 1/2 tsp. honey
