- 8 oz. linguini (half a box)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (cleaned & chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic (in olive oil, can substitute for plain minced garlic that is drained)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (if you are not using minced garlic with olive oil make this 3 tablespoons)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 12 oz. shrimp (cleaned,rinsed & thawed, feel free to use any size, I just picked up a 12 ounce bag of frozen shrimp but if you have access to fresh shrimp, go for it)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Parmesan cheese (*Extra, or parsley for garnish)

That was way better than any restaurant could make. The only thing we were saying is, “This is so good.” Then it was gone. I used some smaller portobello mushrooms, cremini and a few white. I also added 1/2 cup of a dry white blend during the last 3 minutes. I’ve made it before and will make it again. 15 minutes of cook time, due to using fettuccine. Maybe 10 minutes of prep, not bad for truly a restaurant quality meal.

This was a hi-end restaurant dish! It is delicious as is or you could add sour cream or anything else you love! I will keep this recipe and make it again & again!!!

It was very easy to make. I just wish I had made more pasta. I did enjoy it. I didn't change anything about the recipe. I never do the first time I make it.
