    Delicious! I made several modifications based on what I had on hand, and it turned out great. I used instant grits, used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar, added paprika to the grits, used 1/2 cup of beer instead of adding chicken broth, and omitted the egg. I’ll definitely make this again!
