- 1 lb. shrimp (cleaned and shells removed)
- 10 strips turkey bacon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 stick butter

Directions
- Season shrimp with garlic, lemon pepper, pepper and salt
- Wrap each shrimp in bacon and place on skewer (I recommend 5 shrimp per skewer)
- Place skewers on griddle, grill or skillet for 2-3 minutes per side
- Meanwhile in a small pot melt butter and add cayenne pepper (alter amount depending on spice desires)
- When shrimp are cooked generously pour butter sauce over skewers and serve
