- 1 red bell pepper (cut in julienne)

- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 limes
- 3 Tbsp. warm water
