- 1 1/2 tsp. shawarma seasoning (Homemade, + 2 Tablespoon)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced, divide)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (divided)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 medium carrot (diced, about 1/2 cup)
- 1 lb. shrimp (shells and veins removed)
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 English cucumber (diced or sliced into half moons)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
