My husband and I loved this Shrimp Scampi Pasta w/Sun-Dried Tomatoes entree. I added a teaspoon of capers in with the sauce while it was simmering. Next time I will add spinach or kale. It should be noted that 8 oz. (not 4 oz. as stated above) of linguini is needed for this recipe.
