easy to make and really good! i followed the tip and soaked the shrimp in saltwater and they came out plump and juicy.

This was so good and so easy…I didn’t want to have to buy heavy cream as some recipes call for, so this cream cheese was a great solution to create a creamy sauce for the shrimp scampi. I did add some basil pesto I always have on hand..delish!😉
