This is a recipe from my friend Karen. It's delicious!
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 12 oz. linguine (fresh)
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 8 cups minced onion
- 1/2 Roma tomato (diced)
- 4 lemons
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined - tails off)
- fresh parsley (Chopped, to taste)
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Boil water for pasta ; have it ready
- Melt 3 T butter and olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute
- Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes

Great but it's 1/8 cup onion not 8 cups. It was very good and extremely tasty couldn't stop eating it
